Our mission at InterControllers is to provide our clients with the opportunity to outsource their finance and accounting process.   InterControllers will deliver this service by remote accessing the client's accounting systems that will connect InterControllers to their main accounting software, giving you, the client,  total control of your financial data - you keep the data and you invite us in. We  will provide a virtual professional Controllers plus their staff, who are employed by us, who will compile, analyze, and recommend a course of action to the client, via telephone or internet video conferencing. Clients will have their own personal Controller (as if they were an employee, when in fact, an alliance is created) at a fraction of the cost, from a remote location. Each Controller will have access to the client data, which is stored on your servers or window systems, so that you retain control. What this creates is a virtual business process outsourcing (BPO) controller who will help the client in reducing and controlling operations costs, improve company focus, improve quality of information, access capabilities not otherwise available, free up internal resources, reduce cycle time, and turn fixed costs into variable costs. In fact, our main focus is to reduce or eliminate most of the staffing requirements for non-core processes of the client.
